Entry Level Cost Accounting Analyst

• Support daily management of Supply Chain budget to ensure accuracy and achievement of budget commitments for overall company cost achievement.
• Support, develop, gain approval, & execute Operating Budget creation for each Ki budget scenarios (OB, PR, FC1, FC2, RFc3). Total PSCC budget management: $1B annually.
• Manage Support gathering and confirmation of cost change reasons and ensure alignment with accounting rules and guidelines.
• Manage and support operating budget follow up with PSCC division and department leaders to ensure accuracy and timing is achieved.
• Prepare monthly budget gap analysis with understanding of path forward.
• Create and summarize plan vs actual for assigned department.
• Support gathering and confirmation of cost change reasons and ensure alignment.
• Provide feedback to Dept Leads and support follow-up.
• Prepare and support budget level approval for SAP requisitions and invoices.
• Prepare and support New Model budget updates to support new model evaluations.
• Coordinate with Accounting for monthly journal entries and accruals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years minimum experience
• Strong Microsoft Office and math skill sets;
  Ability to communicate with multiple levels of management.
• Good time management skills, Strong understanding of budget and accounting guidelines.
