Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Build accurate and intuitive 3-statement financial models to support scenario analysis
- Deliver monthly financial reporting packages with variance analysis and strategic insights
- Create dashboards and reports that clearly communicate key financial and business metrics
- Support strategic initiatives and growth planning by partnering with cross-functional teams
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic/operational finance
- Use advanced Excel skills to build presentation-ready financial models
- Communicate complex financial topics clearly to executive-level stakeholders
- Operate with an ownership mindset and take initiative to work independently
- Produce high-quality materials for executive teams, boards, or investors
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, MIS, or a related field
- Show strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in financial analysis
- Collaborate effectively across departments with strong interpersonal skills
- Work efficiently in fast-paced, high-growth, or acquisitive environments
- Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, One Stream, or Microsoft Dynamics 365; experience is a plus
