Associate Wealth Advisor

We are seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to support senior advisors in delivering personalized wealth management and financial planning services to high-net-worth and affluent clients. The role focuses on building client relationships, maintaining comprehensive plans to present to clients, and will also assist with the daily needs of serving the client. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused finance professional who wants to grow toward a full advisory role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior advisors in developing and maintaining comprehensive financial plans, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions for clients.
  • Prepare client-facing materials including performance reports, financial analyses, investment proposals, and meeting agendas.
  • Assist with portfolio monitoring, trade execution coordination, and implementation of investment recommendations in line with client objectives and risk profiles.
  • Provide high-quality client service by responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-through on client requests and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct research on market trends, investment products, tax considerations, and estate planning strategies to inform recommendations and client conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, compliance, tax and trust specialists to ensure coordinated delivery of services and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes, following up on action items, and progressively taking on more advisory responsibilities as experience grows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Series 65 required.
  • Experience in wealth management, financial planning, private banking, or related finance roles, with demonstrated client service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, financial planning concepts, and basic tax and estate planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to professional development, adherence to compliance and ethical standards, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
