Wealth Advisor

We are seeking a client-focused Wealth Advisor to help high-net-worth and affluent clients build, preserve, and grow their wealth. The Wealth Advisor will deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, design tailored portfolios, and act as a trusted fiduciary. This role balances deep technical knowledge in investments and finance with strong relationship management and business development skills. There's also opportunity to manage various types of assets, including hedge funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, time horizons, and life events.
  • Create and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax-efficient solutions, estate planning coordination, and cash flow analysis.
  • Design, monitor, and rebalance client portfolios consistent with approved investment policy statements and risk parameters.
  • Provide ongoing portfolio performance reporting and communicate investment results, market outlooks, and plan updates to clients.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and proactively recommend adjustments to plans and portfolios as circumstances or market conditions change.
  • Work closely with internal specialists and external advisors (tax, legal, insurance) to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements; perform due diligence and research on investment opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and firm policies, complete required documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Support business development efforts: originate new client relationships, participate in networking events, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to grow the book of business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Active Series 65 license or equivalent state registration required.
  • Experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private client services; experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, asset allocation, tax-efficient strategies, and risk management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
  • Proven business development skills and a client-centric approach with high ethical standards and fiduciary mindset.
