Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients as well as other customers in the Branch
- Manage clients’ complete banking relationship across the company with a proactive and disciplined approach to generate growth in their balances
- Acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources
- Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients
- Provide advice-based service to ensure each client receives the best products and services for their needs
- Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
- Make clients’ lives more convenient by guiding and enabling self-service options for 24/7 account access
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year in Branch Banking or equivalent financial services experience with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, maintaining customer relationships, and revenue generation
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act expectations
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Excellent communication skills
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients
- Strong team orientation with a long-term career commitment with the firm
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers for this position are contingent on JPMorgan Chase’s review of criminal conviction history, credit reports, information available through the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), and other factors that demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration.
Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, you will be required to register on NMLS or update your existing registration to reflect employment with JPMorgan Chase. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including timely renewal and updates. Information collected during registration may impact employment.
