Our firm is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new financial advisor to join our entry-level ranks. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn the financial services ropes needed for effective wealth management to help clients achieve their monetary goals. Successful financial planning is rooted in excellent communication, superb math and analytical skills, and smart decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities
  • Customize financial plans for each client based on his or her professional/work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs
  • Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions
  • Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each person’s individual financial status, income, financial goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management
  • Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals
  • Training and Development:
    Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your financial knowledge and skills, ensuring you can develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Expand Client Base:
    Actively grow your career by networking within your community and introducing potential clients to the wide range of financial services we offer.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and guidance.
  • Coachable and Open to Feedback:
    Stay receptive to feedback and coaching from senior advisors, continually refining your approach and strategies to improve performance.
  • Obtain FINRA License:
    Work toward obtaining your FINRA license as part of your professional growth and development within the financial services industry.
  • Financial Planning and Strategy:
    Assist clients in setting and achieving their financial objectives by creating and executing well-thought-out financial plans that align with their needs and aspirations.
  • Achieve Sales and Performance Goals:
    Meet and exceed performance targets by consistently growing a client base and offering valuable financial solutions.
Qualifications
  • Though not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is considered a plus
  • Exemplary math skills, communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools strongly preferred
  • A required Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or similarly related field
  • Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products is necessary
  • Strong Communication

    Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts and advice to clients, building trust and rapport.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to continually develop financial knowledge and skills through training and mentorship.
  • Problem-Solving Ability:
    Strong analytical thinking to assess client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Client-Focused:
    Demonstrated ability to understand client goals and provide personalized financial advice to help them achieve those objectives.
  • Education:

    A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior Sales Experience (Preferred):
    While not required, prior experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
Compensation

$90,000 - $100,000 per year
