The Client Services Manager is a full‑time, salaried position with a competitive benefits package and performance‑based bonus potential. This role works out of our Fairfield, CT office, elevating the level of service advisors deliver through day‑to‑day client operations and administrative support.
What You’ll Do:You’ll partner directly with advisors and clients to ensure every interaction reflects Moneco’s commitment to excellence. Your work will span four key areas:
Client Operations- Manage and execute processes for new accounts, transfers, money movement, and account maintenance.
- Navigate multiple assignments simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Work directly with advisors and clients to deliver on client needs and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships with clients over time.
- Assist in general office administration, including firmwide projects across client services, operations, and planning.
- Support scheduling, correspondence, and workflow coordination across the team.
- Use the firm’s CRM platform to maintain accurate client records, key dates, and communication notes.
- Leverage analytics to refine and improve client service processes over time.
- 3+ years of experience in client services or an administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing samples required).
- Above‑average proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems a plus.
- Background in financial services a plus.
- Strong ability to coordinate across team members and deliver results accurately and on time.
- Willingness to act as an ambassador for the firm with clients and in the broader community.
