- Support day to day operations across CLOs, private debt and bank debt for the fund
- Assist with accounting, finance and treasury functions as part of a small operations team
- Help build out and improve operational processes and infrastructure as the firm continues to grow
- Take on a broad range of tasks across the operations function given the lean team structure
- Coordinate with an outsourced administrator on routine processing and administrative work
- Work closely with senior team members in a newly created, high visibility position
Requirements / Skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, accounting or finance
- Previous experience with CLOs, private debt, credit or bank debt required
- Comfortable operating in a boutique, growing firm environment and wearing multiple hats
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail given the varied scope of the role
