Radiologic Technology & CT Scholars Program – Penn Highlands Healthcare $30,000 to $40,000 in student loan repayment over 3 yearsStudents enrolled in Radiologic Technology or Computed Tomography (CT) programs may be eligible for an employer‑sponsored loan repayment program designed to support you throughout your education—whether you’re early in your program or preparing to graduate.
Through the Penn Highlands Scholars Program
, eligible Rad Tech and CT students may receive up to $40,000 in student loan repayment toward the cost of their education.
You apply while enrolled in your Radiography or CT program and, if selected, you secure a guaranteed job with Penn Highlands Healthcare upon successful graduation, completion of onboarding, and meeting all standard requirements for the role.
After graduation, selected Scholars transition into a full‑time Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist role at one of Penn Highlands’ hospitals or imaging centers across Central and Western Pennsylvania, with a 3‑year work commitment
. If plans change and you’re unable to complete the full commitment, you do not repay any loan payments already received. The program is intentionally structured to eliminate financial risk for students and future employees.
- Current Radiologic Technology student or current CT student
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
