As a Mental Health Therapist, you’ll bring your clinical expertise to a supportive, team-based environment that prioritizes people, purpose, and quality care. You will provide counseling services using a range of therapeutic approaches, including psycho-educational and medical/illness-based assessment and diagnostic models.

What You’ll Do- Provide counseling for individuals and families using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
- Support clients dealing with emotional or behavioral concerns, life stressors, parenting skills, and relationship concerns.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to develop treatment plans and identify individual strengths.
- Deliver individual therapy, family therapy, and/or group sessions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure adherence to license board code of ethics.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and service summaries.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to crisis intervention efforts when needed.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required by the JobEducation and Experience:
- Master’s degree in a human services field (counseling, social work, family therapy).
- Two years of experience.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or similar licensure required.
Other
Skills and Abilities:
- Training/certifications in one or more of the following areas is desired: PCIT, CPP, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Trauma-Informed play therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy.
Other Requirements:
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to empathize and establish trust and rapport with a variety of clients.
- Ability to maintain composure and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Physical Requirements:
- Medium Work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
