NAFI Connecticut provides programs, consultation, and support services in a variety of settings across Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. We are exploring a dynamic and energetic Program Supervisor to join our Oakland Beach Team. This program offers integrated, family-centered treatment to youth in congregate care. The Program Supervisor ensures the safe and smooth operation of daily programming and shift responsibilities while supporting and mentoring Youth Counselors.

Responsibilities Include :

• Direct Supervision and support of Youth Counselors across all shifts
• Overseeing and ensuring adherence to daily schedules and programming
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment
• Engaging residents and serving as a caring, supportive adult role model
• Leading de-escalation and crisis intervention when necessary
• Observing and documenting youth activity accurately and thoroughly
• Attending and actively participating in required staff meetings and trainings

Desired Qualifications :

• 1-2 years of residential experience preferred
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Passion for supporting at-risk youth and building positive relationships

Hourly Rate : $24.50.00 per hour
