The Neuro Restorative Pediatric Academy Clearwater is a neurobehavioral inpatient residential treatment facility serving children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and severe behavior disorders.
- Work with individuals ages 8-17 with a wide range of behavioral needs and disabilities
- Campus setting so all your clients live in one place and attend school there.
- Gain experience working with a full clinical team: BCBA-D, BCBA, PT, OT, SLP, LMHC, Special Ed Teachers, RNs, Psychiatrist, and Pediatrician.
- No billing or minimum billable hours requirements—spend time with the clients who need it most
- USF ABA practicum and research site
- Position reports to Clinical Director (BCBA-D)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments.
- Develop and implement behavior analysis service plans.
- Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
- Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
- Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
- Provide training and supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Master’s Degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Active BCBA board certification required
- Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- A reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
- A commitment to quality in everything you do.
- Experience with high-intensity problem behaviors
- Experience with special needs populations in crisis intervention
- Experience with staff training and development in a residential setting
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
- Full, Part-time, and As Needed schedules available.
