As we continue to grow, we are excited to invite students and alumni to consider joining us in North Dakota. We offer generous compensation, including a starting pay range of $83,000 – $108,000 (LPCC) annually for full-time licensed counselors (with adjustments for experience and caseload). In addition, our team enjoys an excellent work-life balance with a four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, making every weekend 3 days long.

We also provide a collaborative team environment and opportunities for both professional and spiritual growth as part of our Christ-centered practice.

For those who are new graduates or working toward licensure, we provide supervision and support throughout the licensure process, ensuring you are well-equipped and encouraged as you step into professional practice.

Join our Jamestown Office. Jamestown is a welcoming community in North Dakota with a slower pace of life, where our office offers a close-knit, hometown feel. Living here allows you to build strong roots and relationships while serving individuals and families in a deeply impactful way.

Join our Bismarck Office. As the capital city, Bismarck is vibrant and growing, offering more amenities and opportunities for those who enjoy a larger community feel. Our Bismarck team has a strong sense of unity and support, serving a wide range of clients while staying grounded in faith and fellowship.

Spearhead our Geriatric Mental Health. In both the Bismarck and Jamestown offices, there are major areas of opportunity for growth in helping bring mental health into the local nursing homes for the geriatric population in North Dakota.

Help us launch in a new community. If you have a heart for a specific rural area or a vision to serve another part of North Dakota, such as Beulah and Watford City, we would love to walk with you in making that dream a reality. We’ve already successfully established new remote locations in smaller communities, and we are eager to expand further as God leads.
