Responsibilities Our caregivers work in partnership with the Compass Care Client Team and Office Staff to provide the highest level of care and service.
Provide concierge-level care, companionship, and engagement
Assist with enrichment activities, outings, and social event
Accompany clients to appointments when needed
Assist with personal care Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
Follow care plans
Complete daily reporting and communicate with the Care Team About Compass Care Compass Care is a concierge private-duty home care company dedicated to helping older adults live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers work alongside a full care team and receive ongoing support to provide exceptional client care.

Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Minimum 2 years of one-on-one senior caregiving experienceA valid driver's license and willingness to drive clients using your own vehicle or the client's vehicle is a plus.
Reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)
HHA, CNA, PCA, or PCT Certification CPR Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain before starting)
Strong communication and client service skills
Kind, optimistic, empathetic, dependable, and professional
Passionate about working with older adults
