Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Primerice, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent for our insurance division. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and understanding of the insurance industry will be crucial in identifying candidates who not only possess the necessary skills but also align with our company values and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the insurance sector.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth recruitment process and accurate reporting of metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and insurance to continually improve recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
