Sr. Human Resources Generalist – Norfolk County (Fully Onsite) 🚨
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Norfolk County to identify a strong Sr. HR Generalist for a fully onsite role. Manufacturing experience is a big plus!
💼 The Role- Fully onsite – manufacturing environment
- Location:
Norfolk County, MA - Compensation $90k-105K + bonus
- Serve as the main HR point of contact for the site
- Employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Onboarding, benefits, leaves, and compliance
- Partner with leadership as a trusted HR advisor
- Support talent development and training initiatives
- Leverage Workday and engagement data to drive HR insights
- Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of HR experience
- HR experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Workday a plus
