What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships fast
Goal-driven and highly organized:
Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks and clients.
Previous inside/outside sales or recruiting experience is preferred, but not required for those with a strong hunger to achieve.
Ambitious and motivated:
You’re someone who wants to earn six figures and is willing to put in the hard work to do it.
Problem solver with the ability to think on your feet and overcome obstacles.
Competitive:
You thrive in high-pressure environments where your success is tied to your personal effort.
Open to working in Massachusetts (local candidates are preferred, but we’re open to remote candidates as well).
