The Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) is a two‑year leadership rotational program comprised of 12‑month and 6‑month assignments. The TLDP is designed to develop future IT Solutions leaders. As an IT Technology Leadership Analyst, you will be a part of a full‑time intensive program with an opportunity to start your career in one of the following tracks:
Project Management, Business Process & Relationship Management, Data & Analytics, Information Security, Software Engineering, and Digital Acceleration. Program benefits include exposure to IT Solutions functions, engagement with senior leadership, technical and professional development, mentorship, and other events (team building, leadership, and volunteering). After successful program completion, we will support you in looking for your permanent functional role based on performance, career interest, and business needs.
you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Business Analysis / Analytics, or Human‑Computer Interaction
- Minimum 3.25 GPA (preferred)
- Relevant experience including internships, co‑op assignments, and leadership roles (a plus)
- Strong interest in technology, innovation, and working in a fast‑paced, global organization
- Knowledge of IT systems, specifications, networks, and computer systems
- Strong analytic/problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, passion for improvement, and desire to work in a team/collaborative environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to change, multi‑task and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong capabilities with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Project planning and management skills (preferred)
- Willingness to work in Atlanta, GA, and to work in or travel to manufacturing/production environments
The Technology Leadership Development Program consists of several tracks but not limited to:
Project Management, Business Process & Relationship Management, Data & Analytics, Information Security, Software Engineering, and Digital Acceleration. Depending on your track, responsibilities may include:
- Project Planning & Execution:
Define scope, set milestones, and manage timelines using structured methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid). - Risk & Issue Management:
Anticipate, document, and mitigate risks; elevate issues effectively to leadership. - Resource & Budget Management:
Track project costs, manage vendor deliverables, and balance competing priorities. - Change Control:
Manage project changes through formal governance and communication processes. - Stakeholder Management:
Engage sponsors, business users, and technical teams, tailoring communication for each audience. - Meeting Facilitation:
Lead effective stand‑ups, steering committees, and retrospectives that drive accountability and clarity. - Team
Collaboration:
Coordinate cross‑functional efforts across IT, business, and regional teams in a matrixed environment. - Presentation
Skills:
Build and present status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries confidently. - Exposure to project management platforms such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and Service Now.
