Job Title: Junior QA Tester (Mobile & Web Applications)

Pay – $32/hr on w2

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on mobile (Android/iOS) and web applications. This role involves supporting complaint investigations, writing test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products and user experiences.

• Test native mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms

• Conduct web application testing to validate functionality and usability.
• Write and execute functional and UI/UX test cases
  .
• Investigate and document software complaint investigations for mobile and web apps.
• Create clear replication steps to support root cause analysis.
• Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, optimization, data validation, etc.) for test data management.
• Navigate and utilize JIRA and Confluence for test tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate issues and suggest improvements.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to process enhancement initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.

Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

1–2 years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.

Prior experience handling customer complaints or working in a regulated environment is a plus.
