We are looking for a technically strong and experienced Team Lead with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering and software development. You will lead a team of AI engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, production‑grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Technology department to collaborate with business stakeholders and assess different business needs, develop tailored AI solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Conduct workshops to educate business users on AI technologies and tools
• Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers; resolve challenges and lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of AI‑driven projects
• Ensure high standards of engineering quality, including code reviews and best practices; ability to analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights to support decision‑making
• Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure to support model training and enhancements post‑delivery
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and apply relevant innovations to provide expert advice to the management

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field
• Strong and proven knowledge in full‑stack development, generative AI; and experience with implementing LLM
• Experience in specialized domains such as NLP, robotics, computer vision, predictive analysis
• Hands‑on experience with Python, Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks
• Understanding of infrastructure and integrating AI models into production
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience within technical teams
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to a non‑technical audience
• Strategic thinking, innovative mindset
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and communications skills in English
• Good command in Cantonese & Mandarin
• Experience in FSI industry is a plus
• Individuals who have the right to work in HK will be prioritised

Nice‑to‑Have:

• Experience in AI tools such as ChatGPT, or other mainstream tools
• Experience in building agentic AI
