About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer with strong technical expertise and a passion for building scalable data systems. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures that support analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives across the organization.

You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure efficient and reliable data flow, while implementing best practices for data quality, security, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes using modern data tools and cloud technologies.
  • Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
  • Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and APIs for data access.
  • Monitor and improve performance of data systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics.
  • Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python
    , SQL
    , and one or more programming languages (Scala, Java preferred).
  • Strong experience with ETL tools
    , data warehousing
    , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Knowledge of machine learning data pipelines and real‑time data processing (Kafka, Kinesis).
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
