• Represent Technology department to collaborate with business stakeholders and assess different business needs, develop tailored AI solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Conduct workshops to educate business users on AI technologies and tools
• Involved in the design, implementation, and evaluation of AI-driven projects
• Ensure high standards of engineering quality, including code reviews and best practices; ability to analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights to support decision-making
• Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure to support model training and enhancements post-delivery
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and apply relevant innovations to provide expert advice to the management

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 1-5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of AI technologies in one of domains NLP, Machine Learning, Robotics, Predictive Analysis, or Generative AI
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks
• Basic knowledge of model quantization and optimization
• Ability to work independently and multi-tasking
• Good project management skill and communication skill
• Fluency in English, Chinese speaking is a MUST
