We are hiring a full-time Porter/Cleaner to join the maintenance team at a residential community in Fairfield, CT. This position offers paid time off and a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated property maintenance team.
Responsibilities- Responsible for meticulous upkeep/cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, common areas, parking lots, and other community buildings.
- Cleaning of hallways, windows, corridors, and elevators.
- Remove trash and recycling daily from the building and transport to the outside dumpster areas.
- Remove trash from the community perimeter daily.
- Assist senior maintenance staff on work orders and other duties as assigned.
- Assist with package delivery.
- Must be courteous, professional, and reliable.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous related experience preferred.
- Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repair is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
