• Perform and oversee treatments for general pests and rodents using approved methods

• Manage, coach, and support technicians through field leadership and accountability

• Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting

• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members

• Uphold safety standards, service quality, and operational expectations

• Support seasonal workload demands and commit to the full pest control season

• Connecticut 7A or 7D Supervisor License preferred, not required if experience supports leadership readiness

• Proven experience in residential pest control or rodent control environments

• Demonstrated leadership maturity and ability to manage technicians without relying on licensure alone

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Must live within a 30-minute commute of the Fairfield County office location

• Ability to lift up to approximately 74 lbs

• Ability to work on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, tight spaces, and outdoor environments

• Ability to work around aggressive insects and pests

• Willingness to complete a background check, MVR check, and pre-employment drug screening

• Commitment to full-season work and year-round availability

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and leadership presence
