This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader located in Fairfield, CT. The Sales Leader will oversee daily sales operations, set and achieve sales goals, lead and train the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Sales Leader will develop strategies to meet sales targets, monitor performance, and foster a positive, driven work environment that aligns with the company’s vision for success.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a results-driven approach
- Ability to lead, mentor, and provide comprehensive Training to the sales team
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and develop sales strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain integrity in all customer and team interactions
- Previous automotive industry experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
