Sacred Heart University seeks a Red's Shift Supervisor to manage the nightly operation of Red's Pub on the Fairfield campus. You will enforce university policies and work with student staff and the University community to ensure smooth service and safety.
You will supervise scheduling, inventory, training, and programming, handle money and receipts, and contribute to Pub improvements, morale, and guest experience. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
