Reporting to the CEO, you will drive strategy, financial performance, and backlog across projects, working with leaders in Work Acquisition, Paving, Equipment, Safety, Finance, and HR.
You will supervise a Director of Operations and field leaders, build profitable backlog, pursue major bids, and strengthen relationships with public owners and engineers.
