We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a current college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who is passionate about sustainability and eager to gain hands‑on experience in marketing within the renewable energy sector.

• Support field marketing initiatives, including community events, trade shows, campus outreach, and local partnerships.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, customer engagement, and appointment setting.
• Represent the company at in-person events, tabling opportunities, and door-to-door or neighborhood campaigns.
• Distribute marketing materials and educate potential customers about renewable energy solutions.
• Collect and report customer feedback, lead data, and market insights from the field.
• Track outreach efforts and support reporting on campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth handoff of leads to sales.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking with the public.
• Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or climate solutions.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, field-based environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in customer service, sales, brand ambassador roles, or campus marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, or sales enablement platforms.
• Event marketing or grassroots outreach experience.
