Compensation & Benefits Salary: $115,000 – $175,000 per year (based on experience + achievable monthly bonuses)

Ongoing clinical and administrative support
Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide advanced wound care services, including debridement, dressing selection, and infection management
Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment as needed
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure continuity of care and prevention strategies
Educate patients, families, and staff on wound management and prevention
Complete documentation within 24 hours
Ensure compliance with all state, facility, and clinical guidelines
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of hire2 years of experience preferred but not required
Preferred experience in:
Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
Wound care and/or wound certification (WOCN, WCC, etc.)Long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation settings
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset

Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
