Neuroimmunology Fairfield - Nurse Practitioner; AP

Fairfield, CT

• Provide outpatient care to Multiple Sclerosis patients and General Neurology patients at an established and growing MS Center in Fairfield, CT and within the General Neurology Practice in Bridgeport, CT
• Deliver comprehensive, quality‑based care for patients with nervous system and immunology diseases, primarily Multiple Sclerosis and other neuroimmunology conditions
• Participate in medical management of patients, achieving or maintaining optimal health status, managing disease, and reducing risk of illness
• Collaborate with a robust MS‑dedicated team including MAs, Administrative Assistants, Nurses, and Social Workers
• Participate in monthly programmatic team meetings with potential involvement in future clinical trials
• Assist in program development with potential future research opportunities

• Eligibility to be licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an APP required, or 2 years of RN experience within MS or neurology for New Grad Nurse Practitioners
• MS or neurology experience is highly preferred

• Monday through Friday schedule with no call required
• Supported through an internal organization committed to the growth and development of Advanced Practitioners and a dedicated Office of Provider Wellness
