You’re a licensed pest control technician who can work independently, stay reliable in the field, and deliver results without being babysat.

• Competitive pay of $23–$25+ per hour depending on experience

• 5 percent commission on additional services or revenue you generate independently

• $4,000 retention bonus paid monthly at $355

• Inspect properties and apply treatments for common household pests

• Work independently in the field while maintaining high service quality

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain treatments and findings

• Manage your daily route efficiently and reliably

• Maintain accurate service documentation and follow safety protocols

• Operate a fully stocked company vehicle and professional tools

• Participate in a paid working interview lasting 1 to 3 days before final hiring

Active Connecticut pest control license at the operator level

• Must live within 30 minutes of the Apollo
  
  X Pest Control office in Fairfield County, CT

• Ability to lift up to approximately 74 pounds

• Comfortable working with ladders, crawl spaces, attics, and aggressive insects

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screening

• Reliable attendance and commitment throughout the full pest control season

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
