Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a QC Inspector to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This role is responsible for inspecting in process and completed assemblies.

** Rate** : $17-$22/hr dependent on experience
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform routine inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Conduct visual, dimensional, mechanical, and functional inspections using approved tools and procedures.
+ Verify products and components comply with company drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
+ Document inspection results to maintain accurate records and full traceability.
+ Identify, document, and report nonconformances while supporting product disposition decisions.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
+ Support internal and external audits, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
+ Perform additional quality-related duties and special projects as assigned.
** Qualifications*
* + HS Diploma or GED is required.
+ 0+ years in medical device/healthcare manufacturing or quality inspection experience in an FDA-regulated environment
** Preferred Background*
* + Working knowledge of cGMP, FDA quality system regulations, and quality inspection practices in a regulated environment.
+
Certifications:
ASQ Certification (Certified Quality Inspector or Certified Quality Technician) preferred.
