Baldwin Pearson & Co, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage and appraisal firm located in Fairfield, CT is seeking a proactive, hungry, and detail-oriented Real Estate Intern / Marketing Coordinator to support our real estate team. This hybrid role blends real estate operations with creative marketing tasks and provides hands-on experience in the fast-paced real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, developing and updating marketing content, assisting with the preparation of business reports, financial analysis of subject properties, and, if licensed in CT, coordinating and conducting property tours.

• Listing Management: Input, update, and maintain property listings on MLS, brokerage websites, and third-party platforms (e.g., Loopnet, Crexi, CTCMLS, Firm Website).
• Marketing & Content Creation: Design and update marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe. Help write compelling property descriptions and marketing copy.
• Valuations: Assist agents in the valuation of commercial real estate properties
• Property Tours (IF LICENSED): Assist in conducting property showings and provide property information to prospective buyers

• Current student or recent graduate in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Interest in the real estate industry with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for property tours.
• (Preferred but not required) Knowledge of commercial real estate platforms and databases.
• (Preferred but not required) be in process of possessing a valid CT Real Estate Salesperson license
