Position: Executive Sous Chef: Lead, High-Volume Commissary
A leading educational institution in Connecticut is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to ensure the highest food standards at the commissary for retail and catering events. The role entails working closely with the Executive Chef to oversee the culinary team, manage production, and ensure quality compliance. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of senior chef experience in a high-volume kitchen, familiarity with budget management, and training abilities for culinary staff.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
