OverviewThis is a full-time/ part-time, on-site role for a Line Cooks located in Greenwich, CT. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen. Daily tasks include food preparation, plating dishes, ensuring kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Perform food preparation and plating; ensure presentation meets quality standards.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas; follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and timely service.
- Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking Techniques, and Plating
- Knowledge of Kitchen Safety and Sanitation Standards
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and Follow Recipes
- Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent;
Culinary School is a Plus - Prior Experience in a Professional Kitchen Preferred
