Summary

Lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team at the Fairfield RH Outlet to deliver elevated customer experiences and drive sales and margin targets. Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales, operations, and customer service initiatives while maintaining elevated brand standards. Coach and empower Team Members to exceed goals through product knowledge, selling techniques, and exceptional client engagement.

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and develop Team Members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and elevated brand standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
