Pay:$16.90-$18.50 per hour, depending on experience, assignment, and work location. Employees will be paid no less than the applicable state or local minimum wage where work is performed.
Valley Inventory Service is building a Special Project team of Inventory Associates to support our growing inventory operations. This position is a good fit for individuals looking for flexible work, supplemental income, paid training, or an opportunity to prove themselves and potentially move into a regular part-time role.
As a Special Project Inventory Associate, you may be offered work when additional staffing is needed due to employee absences, large inventory projects, special assignments, or increased customer demand. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week based on business needs.
Team members who demonstrate strong attendance, professionalism, reliability, accuracy, and performance may receive priority consideration for future assignments and may have the opportunity to transition into a regular part-time position as and when openings become available.

What You'll Do- Count and audit inventory at customer locations
- Travel to assigned store, warehouse, or retail locations
- Accurately count merchandise using inventory equipment and company procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Assist team leaders with completing inventory projects on schedule
- Follow company safety, attendance, and professionalism standards
- Represent Valley Inventory Service professionally at customer locations
- This is a need basis Special Project positions.
- Hours are not guaranteed
- Work opportunities will vary based on business needs
- Some weeks may have multiple assignments, while other weeks may have few or none
- Employees may accept or decline offered assignments unless they have already accepted a scheduled shift.
