The boutique focuses on modern, on-trend clothing, accessories, and gift items that appeal to a broad range of shoppers. New styles arrive daily, creating an engaging shopping experience that feels fresh, affordable, and unique for returning and first-time visitors alike.

The Keyholder is a full-time, on-site role based at Apricot Lane Boutique in Fairfield, CT. This role supports daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, supervising the sales floor, and ensuring that store standards are consistently maintained. The Keyholder assists customers with styling and product selection, drives sales through personalized service, and helps maintain merchandising, displays, and inventory organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating the POS system, processing shipment, supporting team members during busy periods, and opening and closing routines.

The Keyholder also serves as a point of contact when leadership is not present, helping to resolve customer concerns and maintain a positive, welcoming environment.

• Strong Product Knowledge
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear, friendly, and professional interaction with customers and team members.
• Proven Retail Sales experience with a focus on achieving store goals
• Customer Service and Customer Experience skills that ensure each shopper feels welcomed, supported, and valued.
• Previous keyholder or supervisory experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing and lifting/moving merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a few weekends.
• Interest in fashion and styling, with a commitment to representing the Apricot Lane brand and boutique culture.
