Shop Rite - 1975 Black Roch Turnpike - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Scanning Department and its Associates to achieve department goals;
Lead Associates to achieve department goals and provide opportunities for cross-training;
Assist with onboarding of new department Associates, including interviewing, selection and training;
Provide continual training and feedback on job performance to Associates;
Monitor scanning area for cleanliness, stocking, pricing accuracy, and display standards
