What you’ll be doing …As a full‑time Retail Sales Associate you will generate sales by leveraging your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to deliver simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store, including off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events, to expand your loyal customer base.
Compensation and BenefitsBase pay range: $39,000 – $42,000 per year (or $19.71 per hour) plus up to $18,000 in annual commission when all sales goals are met.
Potential to earn $65,000+ / $75,500+ annually for top performers who exceed their sales goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule known four weeks in advance.
• Openness to additional shifts and higher income during peak periods.
• Even better if you have:
- Experience working in a commission‑based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
40 hours per week; scheduled on a weekly basis.
LocationIn‑store retail location; worksite‑based role.
