• Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process, from initial consultation to delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate sales through showroom traffic, internet leads, referrals, and personal prospecting.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present financing, leasing, warranty, and vehicle protection options.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using the dealership CRM.
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz products, technology, and competitive vehicles.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
