As part of our continued growth, MITER Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Connecticut to support our retail partners throughout the state.

In this role, you will serve as the face of MITER Brands within the retail channel, driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing product awareness across your assigned territory. As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll champion our products through the retail channel, create new opportunities, and deliver unmatched expertise that helps our partners and their customers see the MITER Brands difference.

• Lead the Charge
• Expand MITER Brands' footprint by cultivating and strengthening relationships within the retail home improvement channel.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market penetration
• Build the Brand Increase MITER Brands' visibility and market presence within retail locations.
• Develop and execute plans to generate incremental sales opportunities and market share growth
• Educate & Inspire Conduct product knowledge and sales training for retail associates and pro sales teams
• Equip retail partners with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively promote MITER Brands products
• Partner for Success Support retailer pro sales teams and key stakeholders to position MITER Brands products as the preferred choice for homeowners and contractors
• Deliver Excellence Provide aftermarket sales and service support to homeowners in partnership with retail customers
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of service and satisfaction
• Collaborate Across Teams Partner closely with Inside Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Live Our Values Represent MITER Brands professionally and consistently demonstrate our guiding principles, safety culture, and commitment to quality

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
• Experience in the building products industry preferred
• Experience working within the retail home improvement environment preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth through retail channels
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with and influence diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and managing customer expectations
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory, including overnight travel as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
