Outside Sales Representative – Westport, CT

$60K Base + Uncapped Commission | Warm Leads | Six-Figure Earning Potential

We are looking for a driven, competitive sales professional who wants to make money, grow their career, and be rewarded for performance.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of sales experience who has built a strong sales foundation and is ready for more — more earning potential, more responsibility, and more control over their success.

You'll join an established, growing service organization with a proven sales process, strong leadership, and a consistent flow of warm inbound opportunities. We are looking for someone who is hungry, coachable, confident in front of customers, and motivated to close business.

What You'll Do

• Respond to and qualify warm inbound leads
• Schedule and conduct in-person client appointments
• Build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs
• Present solutions using a consultative sales approach
• Overcome objections, ask for the business, and close
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of client appointments and sales opportunities
• Consistently follow up with prospects and maximize every opportunity
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Work from the Westport office approximately three days per week when not meeting with clients
• Travel locally throughout Fairfield and New Haven counties

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of sales experience preferred
• Competitive, motivated, and driven by results and earning potential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working toward goals and being accountable for performance
• Confident handling objections and closing business
• High-energy with a strong sense of urgency
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a high level of activity
• Reliable transportation for local client appointments
• Ability to work onsite in Westport, CT
