Lead Multi-Skilled Craftsman / Home Repair & Remodeling

This is a role for an experienced craftsman who leads by example, brings out the best in others, and takes pride in work that makes a real difference.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and deliver high-quality repairs and remodeling projects across multiple trades
  • Coach, mentor, and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians in the field
  • Apply hands-on expertise across carpentry, drywall repair and patching, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation and repair, tile work, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and basic plumbing and electrical (within scope)
  • Communicate clearly with customers and manage expectations on-site
  • Uphold Tru Blue's standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism on every project
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in home repair, remodeling, or skilled trades
  • Experience managing or mentoring other technicians (preferred)
  • Skilled across multiple trades — carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and more
  • Strong communicator and problem-solver who does right by both customers and team
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a full professional toolset
  • Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
