GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Waterfront Director works under the direction of the Aquatics and Recreation Coordinator, to ensure the general safety of guests and staff at the waterfront, to supervise the waterfront team. This is a seasonal position (Spring/Summer) and up to 40 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with the recruiting, interviewing and hiring of lifeguard captains, lifeguards, and swimming instructors
- Create schedules for waterfront team
