, Stretch Lab is the leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. Our studio in Fairfield, CT has quickly become a destination for individuals of all ages and fitness levels looking to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

Fairfield, Connecticut

$24 – $28 per hour

Part-time (20–29 hrs/week) and Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) available

• Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to help clients enhance flexibility and reduce injury
• Educate clients on the long-term health benefits of stretching and mobility
• Conduct movement assessments and tailor each stretch session to individual needs
• Promote memberships and encourage client retention through relationship-building
• Create a safe, welcoming, and positive studio environment

We’re looking for movement professionals with a strong foundation in bodywork and a passion for helping others. Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• Certified Personal Trainers (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
• Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
• Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs)
• Yoga or Pilates Instructors
• Kinesiology or Exercise Science graduates
• Athletic Trainers or Dance Coaches

• Enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, and holistic health
• At least 1 year of bodywork or movement-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Punctual, professional, and team-oriented

• Competitive pay: $24–$28/hour + tips & commission
