Fairfield, Connecticut

💰 Pay Range: $24 – $28 per hour

🕒

Shifts:

Part‑time (20–29 hrs/week) and Full‑time (30–40 hrs/week) available

• Deliver personalized one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions to help clients enhance flexibility and reduce injury
• Educate clients on the long‑term health benefits of stretching and mobility
• Conduct movement assessments and tailor each stretch session to individual needs
• Promote memberships and encourage client retention through relationship‑building
• Create a safe, welcoming, and positive studio environment

• Certified Personal Trainers (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
• Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
• Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs)
• Yoga or Pilates Instructors
• Kinesiology or Exercise Science graduates
• Athletic Trainers or Dance Coaches

• Enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, and holistic health
• At least 1 year of body‑work or movement‑based experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Punctual, professional, and team‑oriented
