Location: Based out of Fairfield County CT

• Job Description:
  • Operate a vacuum septic truck to inspect, pump, and service septic tanks.
  • Locate and uncover septic tanks efficiently and safely.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
  • Manage your own small crew (as a foreman for a laborer).
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic care on pump trucks.
  • Troubleshoot and identify potential issues in septic systems.
• A Typical Day
  • 8–12 hour days, 5–6 days per week.
  • Follow your assigned route and prioritize jobs effectively.
  • Handle on-site challenges with professionalism and problem-solving.
  • Deliver quality service while representing the company with pride.

• Requirements
  • Experience:Septic pumping experience preferred and 3+ years of truck driving (more is preferred).
  • License:Class B CDL minimum.
  • Endorsements:Tanker endorsement required.
  • DOT Medical Card
    and
    clean driving record
    required.
  • Bonus:
    Septic tank cleaning license a plus.
