Overview

Schaus-Vorhies Contracting is a pre-engineered metal building erection company looking for people with at least 1 year of experience. Job includes all phases of erecting the metal building; frames, girts, purlins, wall/roof sheets, insulation, trim, gutter, and any added specialties for the project.

• At least 1 year of experience
• Must be acclimated to work in the outside elements
• Work at heights above 15 feet
• Must be 18 years of age
• Pre-Employment drug screen required
• All fall protection is provided; PFAS and retractable lanyard. Your own fall protection must be inspected prior to using on the job sites

• Current work schedule is M-F and 8-10 hours per day. Overtime is likely, per diem on jobs outside of Fairfield, IA. Hotel is provided for any overnight jobs. Occasional Saturday work may be offered due to job deadlines and schedules.
