Service Experience Specialist
The Service Experience Specialist provides operational and administrative support to financial professionals and clients within the Service Experience team. This role is responsible for processing account-related activities, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The Specialist plays a key role in interpreting policies and procedures, resolving service issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes and improve client experience.
Key deliverables and responsibilities include:
- Support financial professionals and clients by providing service related to incoming paperwork, account information and distributions
- Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures
- Research issues and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
- Develop understanding of the policies and procedures to execute them in daily work
- Adapt and adhere to Cambridge policies and core values
- Collaborate with internal associates to improve procedures and templates to streamline processes
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and service-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. They bring strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain processes, policies, and information to both clients and internal stakeholders. A proactive problem-solver, they can research issues and deliver timely, accurate resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This individual is highly organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
They are adaptable, eager to learn, and open to cross-training across functions.
Hourly rate: $19.00 - $22.00/hour
